Founded in 1971, Human Synergistics has earned an international reputation for innovation in the field of organizational development. Human Synergistics Serbia was founded in 2006 and is part of the international team. We’re proud to help enterprises around the world to support their people and improve their performance through a focus on culture change, leadership development and team building. We successfully collaborate with a wide range of organizations and individuals, including clients from the public, corporate, and non-profit sectors, as well as HR professionals, organizational development experts, internal and external consultants, and educational institutions.

Our expertise
